Tanja is our Head of Business Support and has been the core of our search department for six years. Her role is rarely in the spotlight but is always crucial. With a combination of curiosity, business insight and structural overview, she translates complex requirement profiles into sharp, targeted searches that give our clients access to the best profiles on the market. Tanja is a reliable guarantee that tasks are completed with focus, insight and quality – even under tight deadlines.
She works at a consistently high pace but always with the capacity to lift up those around her. Her positive energy and infectious commitment are clearly felt daily – not least when she also contributes to everything from branding and social media to event planning. She is a unifying force in the team and a natural go-to person when we need professional dialogue or a keen eye for detail.
Her background includes professional experience in procurement and search, as well as a degree in International Business Development, making her a valuable team player across the entire company – from operational to strategic levels.
Privately, Tanja cherishes her family with her husband and two children. Sport and fitness training are an important part of her everyday life – an active lifestyle that strengthens important relationships and ensures she approaches daily tasks with energy and balance.

Who are we

We are business professionals from different management positions and industries with long experience in finding the right employee for each position. From this, we formed our common “SAM” community, where at least two of the most suitable consultants participate in each application process.
