Søren Boye assumed the role of CEO of SAM International in Denmark in January 2025, leading with a clear vision of combining business success with human development. With more than 25 years of experience in CEO positions in Danish and other Nordic companies, Søren has worked with both B2B and public sector clients. His ability to advise at a strategic level and his strong business acumen make him an invaluable dialogue partner for SAM’s clients. He is also a key figure in the continuous development of our advisory services at SAM Wingmanager, where he challenges and supports business owners and executives who benefit greatly from his deep insights and his ability to identify opportunities.
Søren is known especially for his calm, attentive leadership style and his good sense of humour. When you’re with him, there’s no doubt about his presence. He leads with integrity and empathy and has succeeded in building on a culture where both employees and clients feel heard, understood and valued. As the leader of our offices in both Kokkedal and Fredericia, Søren is closely involved in both operational decisions and long-term strategic development – always with a hands-on approach.
For Søren, Value Through People is not just a vision but a clear guiding principle for how he builds relationships and runs the business. He believes that a strong focus on genuine value creation is the foundation for success – both for people and for organisations. An organisation can only grow when its people thrive and develop.
When he’s not in the office, you’ll often find Søren on the padel court, where his former career as a tennis player gives him a competitive edge. He doesn’t hold back – and he’s just as fierce a Wingmanager when we are playing for bragging rights at the office.
Who are we
For us, our motto “Value through people” means the importance of people in creating value for our business. This is a core value in our work, as we know that the foundation of our success lies in each member of our team.
We are business professionals from different management positions and industries with long experience in finding the right employee for each position. From this, we formed our common “SAM” community, where at least two of the most suitable consultants participate in each application process.
