At SAM International, Rikke Stockmann advises companies across all industries, drawing on her strong commercial profile and more than 20 years of experience in sales, business development and strategic partnerships. Her business acumen has been built through a career in the financial sector, with experience in the insurance and energy industries.
Throughout her career, she has focused on commercial partner channels, working closely with executives and decision-makers to turn strategic agreements into concrete action. This has given her hands-on experience with different business models and an ability to view a company’s needs from multiple perspectives.
Rikke creates ‘Value Through People’ by challenging conventional thinking and using inquisitive dialogue to introduce new perspectives that reveal challenges and opportunities the company may not yet have identified. Her goal is always to create a strong, long-term match for the business.
Rikke combines strong commercial drive with curiosity, energy and a focus on execution. This is also reflected in her personal life: over a five-year period, she built and ran two online stores while continuing to develop her strategic business network.
In her spare time, Rikke practises taekwondo. Sparring with and supporting practitioners at lower belt levels is a natural part of the sport’s DNA. This approach comes naturally to Rikke, while also sharpening her own technique and supporting her personal development.

We are business professionals from different management positions and industries with long experience in finding the right employee for each position. From this, we formed our common “SAM” community, where at least two of the most suitable consultants participate in each application process.
