With a background in the event and conference industry, Rikke has a strong understanding of committed hospitality – an approach she has brought into her processes at SAM International. She embodies Value Through People, and this is clearly felt in her collaboration with clients, candidates and colleagues alike.

Rikke has several years of experience in operational management, corporate governance, business development, and sales – especially from the fashion and experience industries. She is analytically strong and solution-oriented, and she thrives in a fast-paced environment where others might get breathless. Undisputedly, she is the biggest internal Wingmanager when teaming up with our colleague Pia. Together, they exemplify our values and the very essence of Value Through People.

At the Fredericia office, Rikke is a true energizer. With her good humour, integrity, and positive approach to both tasks and people, she spreads energy and job satisfaction around her. Her can-do mindset in meetings with clients and candidates also applies if colleagues challenge her to a swim on the way home from the office.

Privately, Rikke is a true life enthusiast who values conversations and being present with friends and family – often on long walks in the countryside. She can work magic both in the kitchen and in recruitment processes, and her curiosity leads her on adventures, whether it’s hiking vacations in England or sunshine in the East.
