Mette-Marie brings solid experience from multiple industries in both sales and recruitment. She combines her years in recruitment with strong professional expertise, especially in the pharma and medtech sectors. She is driven by relationships and finding the right match – and her passionate approach to both clients and candidates makes her a valued colleague and a true ambassador for SAM’s core value: Value Through People.
When Mette-Marie is in the office, there’s no mistaking it. Her warm energy and contagious voice fill the space – whether she’s enthusiastically asking a colleague about their weekend or busy organising the next round of padel and pizza for the team. She can talk to anyone – and, just as importantly, you know she listens. Keeping up with Mette-Marie means getting an early start – she’s always ready to go the extra mile, whether it’s for a client assignment, a conversation with a candidate, or supporting the team at the office.
Mette-Marie lives on the island of Funen but was born on Zealand, and she comfortably switches between both dialects – and both of our office locations. Her free time is filled with the good things in life: family, friends – and four-legged companions. Even at home, she can’t help but get involved in local communities and sports. With her experience, energy and dedication to connection, Mette-Marie creates value on many levels.
Who are we
For us, our motto “Value through people” means the importance of people in creating value for our business. This is a core value in our work, as we know that the foundation of our success lies in each member of our team.
We are business professionals from different management positions and industries with long experience in finding the right employee for each position. From this, we formed our common “SAM” community, where at least two of the most suitable consultants participate in each application process.
