Kim is Group CEO of SAM International and a sought-after consultant for our Danish clients – both as an advisor in recruitment assignments and as a trusted dialogue partner in Wingmanager programmes. With strong business acumen and a sharp ability to read people, markets and organisations, he defines the direction, challenges things, and creates value across all management levels.

 

Kim has personally led companies in the financial and industrial sectors – which is reflected in his approach. A quick look at a financial statement, strategy, organisational change or acquisition is rapidly translated into concrete solutions and dialogue that move things forward. He advises both strategically and operationally on an equal footing with owner-managers, directors and boards – with an eye for both the big picture and the crucial details.

 

When Kim handles assignments for our Danish recruitment clients, it is typically at middle management level and above, but he also steps in when a company’s development requires more than just the right CV. C-level tasks make up most of his work, as well as turnarounds, cultural transformations, board dialogues or business-critical recruitments – always with the organisation’s long-term success in mind.

 

Value Through People is more than a principle for Kim – it’s also a guiding beacon for SAM’s culture. Here, we tailor processes and assemble the right team around tasks to create value for everyone involved. Kim leads by example in a business-driven sales culture, where SAM International must always be a visible and trustworthy partner. At SAM International, we believe that there are 25 hours in Kim’s day, as he balances being present across our 14 European offices, engaged in his Danish processes, and, not least, active in his spinning class, on the golf course and with his family.

Who are we

For us, our motto “Value through people” means the importance of people in creating value for our business. This is a core value in our work, as we know that the foundation of our success lies in each member of our team.

 

We are business professionals from different management positions and industries with long experience in finding the right employee for each position. From this, we formed our common “SAM” community, where at least two of the most suitable consultants participate in each application process.
