With a solid background in both finance and tech, Heidi Fris is a strong asset to the SAM International team – and a sharp dialogue partner for business owners and executives in our Wingmanager framework.
Heidi has held leadership roles in the financial sector, working closely with both corporate and high-net-worth clients. Later, she expanded her experience in tech and business development through further education, including an Executive MBA and a board program at CBS. Today, she brings this full palette into play when advising and recruiting for SAM’s clients.
All industries benefit from her extensive experience and strong business acumen. She is analytical, curious, and commercially driven. With a steady focus and a calm, natural authority, Heidi is a valued colleague and a trusted advisor for our clients, especially in the leasing, finance and tech sectors.
Heidi is based in our Kokkedal office, but her perspective extends far beyond the local area – something both our team and clients quickly notice when she’s at the table. She creates Value Through People across the country and on the boards she actively contributes to.
Heidi has a keen eye for spotting talent and building developmental communities and networks – a skill she also uses in her free time. She is actively involved in Rotary’s youth exchange programme, helping match young students with families in Denmark and abroad as they embark on their first year of international exchange.
Who are we
For us, our motto “Value through people” means the importance of people in creating value for our business. This is a core value in our work, as we know that the foundation of our success lies in each member of our team.
We are business professionals from different management positions and industries with long experience in finding the right employee for each position. From this, we formed our common “SAM” community, where at least two of the most suitable consultants participate in each application process.
