Hanne holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering and has, for more than 30 years, served as owner-manager of Jydsk Emblem Fabrik A/S – a family-owned manufacturing company in Malling, which was sold to an external investor as part of a succession process in 2025.
Over the course of her tenure, Hanne has built broad and solid experience in strategy, business development, and project management – often in complex environments where clarity, structure, and execution are critical. She has extensive experience with international tender processes, primarily within Defence, Police, and Emergency Services across the Nordic countries. Her expertise also includes the development of quality management systems (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001), optimisation of production and machinery, and the establishment and management of projects. This includes projects supported by Danish and EU funding programmes, where she brings strong capabilities in navigating grant and subsidy frameworks.
Hanne has in-depth knowledge of Asia and Asian business culture, gained through frequent business travel over several decades, including an extended period in Vietnam where she was expatriated with her family during the establishment of a joint venture.
Analytical and structured by nature, Hanne consistently focuses on creating value through clear oversight, maintaining momentum, and ensuring follow-up. She is detail-oriented – without losing sight of the strategic perspective – and has a proven ability to translate plans into tangible results. She is known for her honest and direct approach.
As a consultant, Hanne delivers particular value within Strategy and Business Development, Tender and Bidding Processes, Quality Management and ISO Systems, Project Management and Implementation, and Structuring and Optimisation of Internal Processes.
Outside of her professional work, Hanne is actively engaged in community and voluntary activities, particularly within social initiatives. Making a meaningful contribution and supporting communities has always been important to her – both professionally and personally.
