With over 30 years of experience in the recruitment and consulting industry, Gitte is one of the most seasoned professionals on the team. She has served as CEO of the global recruitment company Adecco and worked as a partner and advisor in various consultancy firms. Gitte has also led organizational build-ups, restructurings and development initiatives – including during mergers and as interim HR Director.

 

Gitte excels in assignments where business acumen, organisational insight and sound human judgment have to work hand in hand. With solid leadership and consulting experience, she has worked with both national and international clients who expect the highest standards from their advisors.

 

For Gitte, Value Through People is not just an ambition – it’s lived experience. She knows that people are the driving force behind successful organisations. That’s why she approaches every assignment with openness, respect and a keen eye for what creates real value.

 

Her deep interest in societal and labour market dynamics is reflected in her past involvement in boards and professional networks, including Dansk Erhverv (the Danish Chamber of Commerce), the Labour Market Commission, and a government-established think tank.

 

Gitte is known for her warmth and integrity. At the office, she brings knowledge, dedication and a wealth of life experience – making her a natural go-to colleague for trusted conversations. In her free time, she enjoys family and friends, golf, tennis and frequent trips to Paris and the South of France – in short: The Good Life.

Who are we

For us, our motto “Value through people” means the importance of people in creating value for our business. This is a core value in our work, as we know that the foundation of our success lies in each member of our team.

 

We are business professionals from different management positions and industries with long experience in finding the right employee for each position. From this, we formed our common “SAM” community, where at least two of the most suitable consultants participate in each application process.
