With over 17 years of experience at SAM International, Connie is an indispensable part of the team. She has the overall responsibility for IT in the company and is an expert in administration, event planning and internal support. As everyone’s go-to person, she ensures everything runs smoothly – both at the offices in Denmark and across the 12 countries where SAM International is represented.
Connie is a unifying figure in the organisation. She’s always ready to help her colleagues, and her open-door policy and welcoming attitude make her an invaluable support in the everyday operations. She ensures that everyone feels heard and appreciated. From solving technical issues to coordinating events and ensuring effective communication across borders, Connie is always one step ahead in making sure things run as they should. And when they don’t, she’s the first to switch into “solution mode” and make obstacles disappear like magic.
As a central figure at SAM International, Connie is known for creating structure and a sense of security within the team, allowing everyone to focus on what they do best.
Her ability to stay on top of things may be thanks to her morning swims, which help her recharge. And when she’s not in the office, you’ll often find her at the family summer house with her husband and the heart of the family – their dog.
Who are we
For us, our motto “Value through people” means the importance of people in creating value for our business. This is a core value in our work, as we know that the foundation of our success lies in each member of our team.
We are business professionals from different management positions and industries with long experience in finding the right employee for each position. From this, we formed our common “SAM” community, where at least two of the most suitable consultants participate in each application process.
