Claes brings over 40 years of experience in the consulting industry – always in leadership roles, heading teams or departments. For the past 25 years, he has served as CEO and owner of Cultivator.
He has worked closely with numerous large companies across Scandinavia, training thousands of leaders and employees. His industry experience spans Finance, Insurance, Telecom, Professional Service Firms, IT and Retail.
Training has been delivered across departments, in teams and one-on-one – always with the goal of driving growth. Not just in numbers but also in customer satisfaction, employee engagement and bottom-line results.
Claes is an executive coach to many C-level leaders and is often described as a trusted advisor with deep integrity and strong business acumen.
He is known and respected for his high energy and his courage to challenge – sometimes in a direct manner, but always with care.
His broad industry experience has led to numerous board positions.
Privately, Claes is a devoted family man. He enjoys travelling – whether to sun and warmth or snow and skiing – loves cooking and appreciates a good glass of wine, preferably shared with family and friends.
Who are we

We are business professionals from different management positions and industries with long experience in finding the right employee for each position. From this, we formed our common “SAM” community, where at least two of the most suitable consultants participate in each application process.
