With more than 20 years of experience as a headhunter and a background as a sales director and country manager in the tech industry, he combines deep business insight with impressive drive. Few can match his dedication – something that shows both with clients and around the office.
Bjarke is an experienced advisor when it comes to recruiting leaders and specialists within energy, Greentech, FMCG, construction, manufacturing and logistics – and his reach extends beyond national borders. He has, among other things, opened new doors for SAM International in the USA, where he has handled assignments for Danish companies with international ambitions.
He quickly understands new businesses and industries, creating value through an honest and solution-oriented approach. Clients appreciate his clear communication, ability to challenge and, above all, his eye for how the right candidate can deliver results – both in the short and long term.
Privately, we know Bjarke for his dry humour, loyal approach and contagious energy. He’s the kind of person who tells it like it is – and makes people laugh while doing so.

Who are we
For us, our motto “Value through people” means the importance of people in creating value for our business. This is a core value in our work, as we know that the foundation of our success lies in each member of our team.
We are business professionals from different management positions and industries with long experience in finding the right employee for each position. From this, we formed our common “SAM” community, where at least two of the most suitable consultants participate in each application process.
