Tina believes that strong companies are built through the right people, effective leadership, and organisations that enable individuals to perform, develop and grow with their responsibilities.
With many years of experience as an HR leader in technology companies, Tina brings a broad HR generalist background combined with a strong understanding of business, leadership and organisational development.
As a member of the management teams at Universal Robots and Bureau Veritas, Tina has gained first-hand experience of what it takes to run and develop a business from within. She has worked closely with leaders as a trusted advisor on strategic priorities, organisational challenges, recruitment and talent development.
Tina’s experience spans Executive Search, recruitment strategy, leadership development, coaching, as well as team and organisational development. She has advised and developed specialists and leaders, including C-level executives, helping to strengthen leadership capabilities, develop talent and create alignment between organisational needs and business ambitions.
At SAM International, Tina combines this experience to help companies attract the right leaders and specialists while supporting the development of leaders, teams and organisations. Her approach is grounded in a strong understanding of business, open and honest dialogue, and a willingness to challenge established ways of thinking when doing so creates value.

Who are we
For us, our motto “Value through people” means the importance of people in creating value for our business. This is a core value in our work, as we know that the foundation of our success lies in each member of our team.
We are business professionals from different management positions and industries with long experience in finding the right employee for each position. From this, we formed our common “SAM” community, where at least two of the most suitable consultants participate in each application process.
