Rasmus works in executive search and advisory services with a clear focus: creating real business value through the right people.
With a strong commercial background and many years of experience in international sales and business development, Rasmus combines strategic insight with operational impact. He works closely with leadership teams to define needs, challenge the organisation, and ensure the right profiles are in place – across C-level positions, commercial roles, and IT and technology environments.
Rasmus has extensive experience in leading and developing sales organisations, as well as implementing and applying digitalisation and AI in sales. He actively uses data and insight to sharpen customer dialogue, focus commercial efforts, and strengthen the basis for decision-making – both in recruitment and across the commercial process.
For Rasmus, advisory work is not about agreeing for the sake of it – it is about asking the right questions and finding solutions that work in practice. He quickly understands new businesses and engages clients in a direct and constructively challenging way.
Rasmus is personally driven by momentum, development, and strong relationships. He thrives in dialogue, in fast-paced environments, and in processes where meaningful change needs to happen – preferably with both edge and a good sense of humor. Who are we
For us, our motto “Value through people” means the importance of people in creating value for our business. This is a core value in our work, as we know that the foundation of our success lies in each member of our team.
We are business professionals from different management positions and industries with long experience in finding the right employee for each position. From this, we formed our common “SAM” community, where at least two of the most suitable consultants participate in each application process.
