Ulrik Duvier Stærmose is a Partner at SAM International Denmark and an experienced advisor with more than 20 years of leadership and business experience from the financial services sector. He has worked closely with boards, executive management and leadership teams in organisations characterised by change, high expectations and complex decision-making – and understands what it takes for people and business to succeed together.
Ulrik works as a trusted advisor within executive search and the recruitment of leaders and specialists. He advises organisations on critical leadership decisions and supports both companies and leaders through important transitions via wing manager programmes and outplacement processes. With deep business insight and a strong foundation in leadership psychology, Ulrik has a sharp eye for the match between people, culture and strategy – also when decisions are difficult and consequences significant.
His approach is defined by integrity, clarity and accountability. Ulrik believes that the best solutions are created in the space between honest dialogue, professional challenge and mutual trust. Who are we
For us, our motto “Value through people” means the importance of people in creating value for our business. This is a core value in our work, as we know that the foundation of our success lies in each member of our team.
We are business professionals from different management positions and industries with long experience in finding the right employee for each position. From this, we formed our common “SAM” community, where at least two of the most suitable consultants participate in each application process.
